This is one of my must-listen before sleep these days.

Believe it or not, half of this evening was spent on online shopping and the other half was spent on finding programs to edit those good songs to good ring tone for my phone.

I'm damn tired today and I thought I got fever this afternoon. Last week was a hectic for nothing. I deserve a good break.

I went to meet the British Chinese Chinese British boss <me and Ross can never get it right> and his wife this afternoon. Both of them are very nice people and I think I've 80% got that job. They want me to start part-time now till late Jan then they'll offer me a full-time contract. His wife will email me about the salary and contract terms later. But the talk went well. Well, this is the kinda interview I like. Just some informal talk to introduce both parties. Very similar to johnson&johnson in which I can show my best side to impress people.

My job will be similar to what I did in my last job. I havent decided yet, a well-paid salesman or an easy admin job+freelance translator+English coach (pls let me use this word. I hate being a "teacher" and I'm not just teaching when I train my students). And I need to take Chris' plan into consideration. There's plenty of before the final decision but I've agreed to work part-time for them in meetings.

Their company is small, international but promising. They have 6 foreigners now. I saw few Chinese. And their boss is getting 2 more foreign architects next year. Their boss is a Chinese but he's got British citizenship and his wife is a white. Glad her British English is easier to understand than the York Ross. The staff there are from different countries, Japan, Italy, Ireland(That's Emma!

America...I think "international theme" company fits me well and better. Typical Chinese company is

... bleh...

They got REAL project to work on and they are backed up by a big local real estate company. Hopefully, it's a new but fast-growing company.

And later in the afternoon, Medtronic smsed me for a 1st round interview in a good hotel on Wed morning. I must learn from P&G and try to do better!

Again, I must thank Emma for always there grabbing all the opportunities to introduce me to her boss. We chatted a bit after meeting her boss and she told me Adam and his family is flying from England to Ireland with her for Christmas this year. Lovely couple!

Aiyo, SD! you still stalking me meh? How come my world map couldnt trace you? You so sly one hor!

Pressure pushing down on me
Pressing down on you, no man asked for
Under pressure, that burns a building down
Splits a family in two
Puts people on streets

That's ok
It's the terror of knowing what this world is about
Watching some good friends screaming, "Let me out"
Pray tomorrow, gets me higher
Pressure on people, people on streets

Chippin' around, kick my brains around the floor
These are the days it never rains but it pours

People on streets, people on streets

It's the terror of knowing what this world is about
Watching some good friends screaming, "Let me out"
Pray tomorrow, gets me higher and higher and high
Pressure on people, people on streets

Turned away from it all like a blind man
Sat on a fence but it don't work
Keep coming up with love but it's so slashed and torn
Why, why, why?
Love

Insanity laughs under pressure, we're cracking
Can't we give ourselves one more chance?
Why can't we give love that one more chance?
Why can't we give love, give love, give love, give love, give love, give love, give love, give love?
'Cos love's such an old fashioned word
And love dares you to care for the people on the edge of the night
And love dares you to change our way of caring about ourselves
This is our last dance

This is ourselves under pressure, under pressure, pressure
